SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 60

60. Section 184 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(2) the following subsection:

"(2A) Subsection (2) does not apply in relation to a person who, on 30 June
1990 was, and until the date the person ceased to be an eligible employee or
became entitled to partial invalidity pension, as the case requires, being a
date after 31 March 1991, continued to be, an eligible employee.".
