SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 6

6. (1) Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(2) "unfit to perform his duties" and substituting "totally and permanently
incapacitated within the meaning of Part IVA".

(2) Despite the amendment of the Principal Act made by subsection (1),
subsection 7 (2) of the Principal Act as in force immediately before the
commencement of this section continues to apply in respect of a person who
ceased to be an eligible employee before that commencement.
