SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 52

Certain former eligible employees not entitled to benefits under Division

52. Section 141 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subparagraph (1)
(c) (ii) and substituting the following subparagraph:
    "(ii)   that invalidity or incapacity rendered the
person totally and permanently incapacitated within the meaning of Part IVA;".
