SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 31
Repayment of interim benefits
31. Section 110K of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (1)
(b) "and the amount of any interest accruing on that benefit while
preserved in the fund" after "benefit" (second occurring).
