SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 26

Reduction of invalidity pensions because of earnings

26. Section 73A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "annual rate of
salary" from paragraph (b) of the definition of "relevant maximum rate" in
subsection (1) and substituting "final annual rate of salary".
