SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 21

21. (1) Division 5 of Part IVA of the Principal Act is repealed.

(2) A person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was
entitled to make an application under a provision of Division 5 of Part IVA of
the Principal Act for reconsideration of a decision may, after that
commencement, make an application for reconsideration of that decision under
the corresponding provision of Part XA of that Act as amended by this Act.

(3) Where, immediately before the commencement of this section, the Board
mentioned in Part IVA of the Principal Act had not determined:

   (a)  an application made under Division 5 of that Part; or

   (b)  a matter that it had, of its own motion, referred to a Reconsideration
        Advisory Committee under that Division; the application is taken to
        have been made or the matter referred, as the case may be, under the
        corresponding provision of Part XA of that Act as amended by this Act
        and anything done in relation to the application or matter under that
        Division is taken to have been done under Part XA.

(4) A Reconsideration Advisory Committee established before the commencement
of this section under section 54N of the Principal Act that was in existence
immediately before that commencement continues in existence after that time as
if it had been established under section 153ab of that Act as amended by this
Act.
