SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 14

14. Section 27R of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:

"(3) Any money becoming payable by the Board in respect of an action,
liability, claim or demand is to be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund,
which is appropriated accordingly.".
