SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 40, 1990 - SECT 89
Making false statements to Commissioner etc.
89. Section 167 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (2) "or 16AB".
