SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 40, 1990 - SECT 5
Payment to person other than pensioner
5. Section 62 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting ", for any reason
(including the reason that the pensioner or beneficiary is insane or
undergoing imprisonment or is otherwise under a disability)," after "should".
