SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 40, 1990 - SECT 2

2. (1) The following provisions:

   (a)  Parts 1 and 2, sections 6, 69, 70, 71, 94 and 98 and Part 5, of
this Act;

   (b)  section 43 and Part XIII of the Superannuation Act 1976
inserted by this Act; commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assets.

(2) Section 48 of this Act is taken to have commenced on 1 May 1987.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 July 1990.
