SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 40, 1990 - SECT 113

113. Section 60 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "or VI";

   (b)  by omitting ", the Reserve Units of Pension Account or the Benefits
        Fund" and substituting "or the Reserve Units of Pension Account".
