STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1981 No. 176, 1981 - SECT 6
Incorporation of Aboriginal association
6. Section 46 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (1)
(d) (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
''(ii) in any other case-mortgage, charge or otherwise dispose of the estate
or interest with the consent of the Minister; and''.
