STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1981 No. 176, 1981 - SECT 4
Establishment of Aboriginal Council
4. Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (3)
(d) (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
''(ii) in any other case-mortage, charge or otherwise dispose of the estate or
interest with the consent of the Minister; and''.
