STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 89

89. Section 79 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:



"(1) A company shall, on being so required by a member, send to him a copy of
the memorandum and of the articles (if any) of the company -

   (a)  if the company requires the payment of an amount not exceeding the
        prescribed amount - within 21 days after the payment is received by
        the company or within such longer period as the Commission approves;
        or

   (b)  in a case to which paragraph (a) does not apply - within 21 days after
        the request was made or within such longer period as the Commission
        approves.".
