STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 23

23. Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (2) (b) (ii) "28 (3)" and substituting
        "28 (3A)"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (8) and substituting the following
        sub-section:



"(8) The time for making an application to the Tribunal for a review of a
decision may be extended under sub-section (7) although that time has
expired.".
