STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 20

20. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (5) "For the purposes of this section, a
        failure by a person to do an act or thing within the period prescribed
        by an enactment" and substituting "For the purposes of an enactment
        that makes provision in accordance with this section for the making of
        applications to the Tribunal for review of decisions, a failure by a
        person to do an act or thing within the period prescribed by that
        enactment, or by another enactment having effect under that
        enactment,"; and

(b) by inserting in paragraph (6) (b) "41 (1) or" after "sub-section".
