STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 199
Travelling allowances payable to holders of certain offices
199. Section 13C of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (7)
and substituting the following sub-section:
"(7) Notwithstanding sub-section (1), the office of Director-General of
Security shall not be taken to be an office to which this section applies
unless the Director-General is a Judge of a court created by the Parliament.".
