STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 18

18. Section 21A of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "(a)," before "(b)";

   (b)  by inserting before paragraph (3) (a) the following paragraph:



"(aa) in the case of a proceeding before the Tribunal constituted in
accordance with paragraph 21 (1) (a) - the Tribunal is constituted in
accordance with paragraph 21 (1) (a);";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "21 (1) (a)" and substituting

"21 (1) (aa) or (a)"; and

   (d)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "(21 (1) (a), (b) or (c)" and
substituting "21 (1) (aa), (a), (b) or (c)".
