STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 16
Removal from office
16. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(11) A reference in sub-sections (1), (7) and (10) to a member does not
include a reference to a member who is a Judge.".
