STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 149

149. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "2 years" and substituting ", in
        the case of articles other than motor vehicles, 2 years, and in the
        case of motor vehicles, 3 years,"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:



"(4) In sub-section (3), 'motor vehicle' means a vehicle with a motor engine,
being a vehicle ordinarily for use on land.".
