STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 14

14. After section 10A of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Oath or affirmation of office



"10B. A person who is appointed or re-appointed after the commencement of this
section as a member shall, before proceeding to discharge the duties of his
office, take before the Governor-General, a Justice of the High Court or a
Judge of another federal court or of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory
an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 2.".
