STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 119
Liquidator's accounts
119. Section 422 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (b)
and substituting the following paragraph:
"(b) in the case of a liquidator other than a provisional liquidator - a
statement in the prescribed form relating to the position in the winding up,
verified by a statement in writing.".
