STEVEDORING INDUSTRY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 9, 1991 - SECT 19
Offences relating to returns etc.
19. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1)
"$300" and substituting "$1,500".
