STEVEDORING INDUSTRY FINANCE COMMITTEE ACT 1977 No. 123, 1977 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Committee shall pay to the Association amounts equal to any amounts
paid by the Association to the Fund on or after the date of commencement of
this Act.

(2) The Committee may make advances to the Association in respect of amounts
that may become payable to the Association under sub-section (1).
