SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 79

79. Section 69 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "Principal Act continues" and
substituting "RBL provisions of the Principal Act continue";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(4) In this section:
'RBL provisions of the Principal Act' means:

   (a)  Part IIIA of the Principal Act; and

   (b)  the remaining provisions of the Principal Act in so far as they relate
        to Part IIIA of the Principal Act.".
