SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 58

58. Section 65 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(2) all the words after "at the time the payment is" and substituting the
following words and paragraphs:

"made, the Commissioner has obtained a written statement, provided by or on
behalf of the trustee of the fund, that the fund:

   (a)  is a regulated superannuation fund within the meaning of the
        Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993; and

   (b)  is not subject to a direction under section 63 of that Act.".
