SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 43

Fund to be managed by Board

43. Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (3)
"standards prescribed by regulations under the Occupational Superannuation
Standards Act 1987" and substituting "the Superannuation Industry
(Supervision) Act 1993".
