SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 37

Interpretation

37. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Occupational
Superannuation Standards Act 1987" (wherever occurring) and substituting "
Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993".
