SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 31

31. Section 275A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (2) "15D(2) of the OSS Act" and
        substituting "342(2) of the SIS Act";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (4) "15D(4) of the OSS Act" and
        substituting "342(4) of the SIS Act";

   (c)  by omitting from subsection (5) "15D(6) of the OSS Act" and
        substituting "342(6) of the SIS Act";

   (d)  by omitting from subsection (6) "15D(7) of the OSS Act" and
        substituting "342(7) of the SIS Act".
