SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 30

Issue, revocation etc. of SIS notices

30. Section 269 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1);
(b) by omitting from paragraph (2)(a) "section 15D of the OSS Act" and
substituting "section 342 of the SIS Act".
