SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on 1 December 1993.

(2) The following provisions commence on 1 July 1994:

   (a)  Part 2;

   (b)  Part 3;

   (c)  Part 4;

   (d)  Part 5 (other than section 14 and subsection 16(2));

   (e)  Part 6;

   (f)  Part 7;

   (g)  sections 43 and 44;

   (h)  section 47;

   (i)  subsections 48(2) and (3);

   (j)  Part 9;

   (k)  Part 13;

   (l)  Part 14.
