SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 13
Interpretation
13. Section 1076A of the Corporations Law is amended by omitting
" Occupational Superannuation Standards Act 1987" from the definition of
"Division 5A trust" and substituting " Superannuation Industry (Supervision)
Act 1993".
