SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT 1993 No. 82, 1993 - SECT 11

11.(1) The following amendments made by this Part apply in relation to a
bankruptcy, if the date of the bankruptcy is on or after the date of
commencement of this section:

   (a)  section 6 (to the extent to which the amendment relates to section 116
        of the Principal Act);

   (b)  sections 7, 8 and 10.

(2) The remaining amendments made by this Part apply in relation to the death
of a person, if the death occurs on or after the date of commencement of this
section.
