SEA INSTALLATIONS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1987 No. 104, 1987 - SECT 49

49. Section 33A of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "attached or is to be attached" and
substituting ", or is to be, attached or installed, as the case requires,";
and
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "the installation is attached to the
Australian seabed" and substituting the following:

"the installation is:

   (a)  if the installation is an overseas resources installation-attached to
        the Australian seabed; or

   (b)  if the installation is an overseas sea installation-installed in an
        adjacent area or in a coastal area.".
