SEA INSTALLATIONS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1987 No. 104, 1987 - SECT 19
19. After section 228A of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Forfeited sea installations
"228B. Any overseas sea installation that becomes installed in a coastal area
without the permission of the Comptroller given under subsection 5B (2) shall
be forfeited to the Crown.".
