SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 385

Pre-1 July 1994 quotation of tax file number-objects of tax file number system

385.(1) Section 202 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 has effect as if the
facilitation of the future administration of Parts 22 and 24 of this Act were
an object of Part VA of that Act.

(2) Subsection (1) ceases to have effect on 1 July 1994.
