SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 379

Division has effect despite anything in any other Part of this Act etc. 
379. This Division (including regulations made for the purposes of section
376) has effect despite anything in:

   (a)  any other Part of this Act; or

   (b)  the Corporations Law or Corporations Regulations of a State or
        internal Territory; or

   (c)  any other law; or

   (d)  the governing rules of the Part 31 entity.
