SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 339

Conviction does not relieve defendant from civil liability

339.(1) A person is not relieved from any liability to any other person merely
because the person has been convicted of an offence against this Act.

(2) This section does not apply in relation to a contravention of a civil
penalty provision.

(3) In this section:

"offence against this Act" has the same meaning as in section 338.
