SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 27

27. An approval under section 26:

   (a)  comes into force when it is granted, or, if a later time is specified
        in the instrument of approval as the time when the approval comes into
        force, at that later time; and

   (b)  remains in force until it is revoked under section 28.
