PART VI-ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT
69. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears, a reference to a
book, security, trust account or business of or in relation to a dealer who
carries on business in partnership shall be read as a reference to such a
book, security, trust account or business of or in relation to the
partnership.
