SECURITIES INDUSTRY ACT 1980 No. 66, 1980 - SECT 13

13. Where the Commission has reason to suspect that a person has committed an
offence under a provision of this Act or has been guilty of fraud or of an
offence against any other law with respect to dealing in securities, the
Commission may make such investigation as the Commission thinks expedient for
the due administration of this Act.
