SECURITIES INDUSTRY ACT 1980 No. 66, 1980 - SECT 119
Payment of claims only from fund
119. Money or other property belonging to a stock exchange, other than the
fidelity fund, is not available for the payment of a claim under this Part,
whether the claim is allowed by the committee or is made the subject of an
order of the Court.
