SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 No. 2, 2001 - SECT 9
Minister may give directions
- (1)
- The Minister may give written directions to the Trust in relation to the
performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
- (2)
- The Minister must give the Trust
written reasons for the directions.
- (3)
- The Trust must perform its functions and exercise its powers in a manner
consistent with any directions given by the Minister under
subsection (1).
