SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 No. 2, 2001 - SECT 70A
Fees for documents
The Trust may charge a reasonable fee for copies of the following documents:
- (a)
- draft plans and plans approved under Part 5;
- (b)
- submissions made under Part 5 on:
- (i)
- proposals to prepare draft plans; and
- (ii)
- draft plans; and
- (iii)
- amendments to draft plans;
- (c)
- any other documents made available by the Trust.
