SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 No. 2, 2001 - SECT 59
Appropriation of money
- (1)
- There is payable to the Trust such money as is appropriated by the
Parliament.
- (2)
- The Minister for Finance and Administration may give directions as to the
amounts in which, and the times at which, money referred to in
subsection (1) is to be paid to the Trust.
