SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 No. 2, 2001 - SECT 39
Executive Director
- (1)
- There is to be an Executive Director of the Trust who is to be appointed
by the Minister on the recommendation of the Trust.
- (2)
- A member of the Trust cannot be appointed as Executive Director.
- (3)
- The appointment of a person as Executive Director is not invalid because
of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person's appointment.
