SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 No. 2, 2001 - SECT 36
Amendment to plans
- (1)
- The Trust may, in writing, prepare an amendment to a plan.
- (2)
- Sections 28 to 35 apply in relation to the preparation of an
amendment to a plan in the same way as they apply in relation to the
preparation of a draft plan.
