STATES GRANTS (TECHNICAL TRAINING FEES RE-IMBURSEMENT) ACT 1974 No. 1, 1974 - SECT 3

3. (1) There is payable, during the year ending on 30 June 1974, to each
State, for the purpose of financial assistance by reason of certain
educational institutions having ceased to charge fees for certain courses of
technical training, the amount specified in the Schedule opposite to the name
of that State and such further amount (if any) as is appropriated by the
Parliament in respect of that State for the purposes of this Act.

(2) Payments for the purposes of sub-section (1) shall be made in such amounts
and at such times as the Minister determines.

(3) Payments to a State for the purposes of this Act may, to the extent of the
amount specified in the Schedule in respect of the State, be made out of the
Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
