STATES GRANTS (GENERAL PURPOSES) ACT 1994 No. 122, 1994 - SECT 21

Determinations 
21. A determination made under this Act by:

   (a)  the Treasurer; or

   (b)  the Education Minister; or

   (c)  the Health Minister; or

   (d)  the Statistician; is, for the purposes of this Act, conclusively
        presumed to be correct.
