STATES GRANTS (GENERAL PURPOSES) ACT 1994 No. 122, 1994 - SECT 16
Advance payments for grant year
16. The Treasurer may make advances to a State of portions of the amount or
amounts to which it appears to the Treasurer the State will be entitled under
this Act in relation to the grant year.
